Low Light Pistol Techniques
Students MUST provide firearm, ammunition, AND flashlight.
The vast majority of police involved shootings take place under low-light conditions. Although statistics are not kept on civilians involved in lethal encounters, the FBI does track all law
enforcement deadly force encounters. We have no reason to believe that these statistics would be any different for civilians.
Since it is far more likely you will have to use your gun for protection while the lighting conditions are poor, doesn’t it make a lot of sense that you would want to learn and practice how to fight
with your gun under these deadly conditions? Fighting with a handgun and flashlight is not nearly as straightforward as one my think. There are many issues that have to be considered,
prepared for, and overcome.
This is a three hour seminar on the safe use of a flashlight with a handgun. This seminar will go in to the concepts of low light operation, shooting techniques for the combined use of a light and handgun, one hand pistol shooting and the selection of a quality tactical flashlight. The classroom presentation will be followed by hands on practical session.
